Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an Events and Sponsorship Executive to join the events team, coordinating the promotional side of the programme and supporting sponsors to maximise exposure. The role sits in a close-knit, dog-friendly office with hybrid working (3 days in office) and international travel.

You will plan virtual and in-person events, handle registrations and logistics, liaise with venues and suppliers, and create promotional materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications

• Background in event support from a venue, agency or association.
• Strong organisational skills and clear communication.
• Ability to pick up design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including registration and logistics.
• Respond to member and attendee enquiries, supporting smooth event delivery.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal teams throughout the event cycle.
• Support sponsors in developing promotional plans and maximising event exposure.
• Create event promotional materials using Canva and/or Adobe InDesign.
• Coordinate sponsorship planning meetings and record minutes and actions.
• Work collaboratively across the events and marketing teams to reduce handoff friction.
