Job summary

RX Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to join the ICE Europe team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of international customers, develop new business opportunities, and help deliver commercial success across exhibition, sponsorship, branding, and digital products.

You will collaborate with colleagues across event, marketing, operations, and finance to support the continued growth of ICE Europe and build long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive revenue growth through complex, multi-platform offerings.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing international accounts.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth through sales of exhibition space, sponsorship, branding, and digital solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new exhibitors, sponsors, and commercial partners.
• Build strategic customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to understand client objectives and develop tailored participation solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities across face-to-face and digital products.
• Monitor industry developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Event Leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline and provide transparent forecasting and reporting.
