RX Global, part of RELX, seeks a strategic and commercially focused event leader to own the vision, performance and growth of a portfolio of events. You will lead high-performing teams, drive strong commercial outcomes, and deliver exceptional experiences for customers, exhibitors, and attendees onsite.

Working across a matrix organisation, you will drive innovation, business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring the successful delivery of events onsite.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership of high-performing event teams.
• Strong commercial skill with budgets and P&L.
• Ability to develop and execute growth plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management in matrix organisations.
• Clear communication and business case development.
• Experience using customer insights and market intelligence.
• Commitment to psychological safety and diversity.
• Operational delivery of complex events to high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Drive individual and team performance to deliver high-performing show teams.
• Own and communicate the event vision and strategy aligned with RX goals.
• Lead within a matrix structure with proper support for onsite execution.
• Take responsibility for event P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing and revenue growth.
• Develop show strategies, sales/marketing plans and new revenue streams.
• Build strong industry relationships and represent RX in the market.
• Drive product development initiatives and customer insight-driven improvements.
• Ensure exemplary onsite delivery including Health and Safety standards.
