Job summary

Peloton is seeking a highly organized Coordinator, International Events to support planning and execution of our international live events roadmap. You will handle venue sourcing, vendor logistics, ticketing, and on-site execution, collaborating with Marketing, PR, Social, and Content teams.

You will build event pages, manage guest lists, track timelines and budgets, and provide exceptional member service while traveling internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, live production, or experiential marketing.
• Hands-on experience with event management software and ticketing platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with members, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem solving and reliable, timely delivery.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel internationally for on-site events.

Responsibilities

• Assist across all phases of event planning and execution, including venue sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Build and manage event web pages, workflows, and guest management systems across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and event communications.
• Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and run-of-show documentation.
• Oversee registration workflows and attendee records for VIPs, media, and guests.
• Provide hands-on on-site support during activations and troubleshoot live issues.
• Track line-item expenses, process vendor invoices, and report financial status.
