Job summary

Peloton in London seeks a Manager, International Events to drive global live events strategy across Australia, Germany, Canada and the UK. You will own end-to-end production, guest management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to amplify our brand through live activations.

The role blends brand strategy, creative production, and community engagement, requiring hands-on execution, vendor management, GDPR compliance, and willingness to travel across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end live events globally.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, staff, and venues.
• Strong budgeting and KPI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and execute the international events roadmap across markets.
• Coordinate event resourcing with contractors, agencies, and venues.
• Manage day-to-day logistics for instructors and talent.
• Oversee on-site operations including check-in, crowd management and VIP workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permits, and cross-border logistics.
