Job summary

Live Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks an Event Project Coordinator to support the delivery of hospitality projects, global exhibitions and brand experiences for blue-chip clients. You will be on-site at high-profile events with international travel from the start and learn from specialists across creative, production and account teams.

You will work across client services and delivery, keep documentation and budgets on track, and liaise with suppliers to manage costs and bookings while

Qualifications

• Experience in events/exhibitions/experiential projects.
• Agency environment experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support broader teams across client services and delivery.
• Attend client briefings and meetings.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, timelines and status reports.
• Liaise with suppliers to gather quotes, confirm bookings and track costs.
• Coordinate internal workflows and ensure information is filed correctly.
• Collaborate with internal departments including creative and production.
• Assist with on-site delivery including setup coordination and supplier liaison.
• Contribute to post-project reviews and document learnings.
