Job summary

Live Recruitment Limited is seeking an Event Venue Sourcing Manager to own the full sourcing cycle for an international pharma/healthcare portfolio. The role combines global venue research, RFP execution in Cvent, and contract negotiations to meet compliance and client expectations.

You will conduct international site visits, manage supplier relationships, and handover projects to senior teams, while operating in a remote-first, hybrid UK environment with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in international venue sourcing for pharma/healthcare events.
• Proven ability to manage RFPs, vendor comparisons and contract terms.
• Strong on-site and remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create tailored venue shortlists meeting client briefs and budgets.
• Lead RFPs in Cvent, with clear recommendations and comparisons.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms to deliver client savings.
• Review venue contracts and addendums for policy and risk compliance.
• Conduct international site visits to assess venue suitability.
• Ensure complete handovers to project leads with all contractual commitments.
• Share venue knowledge across teams and mentor junior colleagues.
