Job summary

Life Science Connect's PharmaSource division seeks a Marketing Manager to own delegate/exhibitor marketing for CDMO Live events across Europe and North America, plus the PharmaSource media platform.

This role offers autonomy to lead the marketing function in a high-growth events business, with collaboration across corporate marketing for consistent positioning and materials. Remote, UK-based with 4–6 trips annually.

Qualifications

• Track record marketing leading conferences or exhibitions in global markets.
• Creative, collaborative approach with audience-focused content.
• Proven ability to engage audience personas through content.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and results.
• Experience with email platforms and marketing automation.
• Comfort managing a marketing budget and working with agencies.
• Line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own event marketing plans, delivering campaigns and tracking performance against targets.
• Deliver delegate audiences to CDMO Live Europe (Netherlands) and CDMO Live Americas (United States), plus regional events.
• Run email marketing end to end: newsletters and event communications.
• Contribute to campaign planning by improving messaging, targeting and positioning.
• Manage CRM segmentation, automation and lists (HubSpot preferred).
• Develop media kits and sales collateral for sponsors and partners; grow event visibility.
