Job summary

C2events, part of ITA Group, is seeking a skilled Venue Sourcing Manager to lead and grow the Venue Sourcing team. You will manage complex sourcing projects from client brief through contract execution and deliver exceptional venue solutions for meetings, conferences, incentives, and events worldwide.

You will oversee supplier partnerships, drive performance, and contribute to our agency's growth while maintaining high standards of client service and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Significant venue sourcing experience in meetings, events, hospitality, or agency sectors.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams to deliver results.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Venue Sourcing team through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee complex venue sourcing projects from client brief to contract execution.
• Provide consultative venue recommendations aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Research venues and destinations across domestic and international markets.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and added value with venues and suppliers.
• Build strong relationships with hotels, venues, DMCs, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with Event Managers and internal stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Monitor performance, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of sourcing tech.
• Contribute to department strategy and business growth.
