Job summary

EY is shaping the future of global events with a scalable Event Experience platform. The Product Manager – Event Experience leads strategy for attendee journeys, leveraging Cvent and SpotMe to support registration, apps, communications, accessibility and data capture across EY’s events worldwide in in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

You will partner with regional teams and suppliers, drive backlog decisions, translate requirements into clear user stories and rollout plans, and measure

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management within enterprise tech or events.
• Ability to translate attendee and sponsor needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation across regions and suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier and customer success skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for EY’s Event Experience cluster, focusing on Cvent, SpotMe and related capabilities.
• Design end-to-end attendee journeys and define requirements, standards and configuration approaches for in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Lead evaluation, governance and deployment of attendee-facing AI features and personalised experiences.
• Partner with regional teams, producers and service partners to capture demand and translate requirements into stories and rollout plans.
• Run discovery, pilots and controlled rollouts to validate value before global scaling.
• Define governance, standards and guardrails for attendee platforms ensuring consistent global experience with regional variation.
