Job summary

Techoraco is seeking an Event Technology Manager to own the full lifecycle of our event tech stack, from registration and networking platforms to awards and data workflows. You will partner with marketing, operations and production to deliver seamless, data‑driven experiences for attendees.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in event technology, hands‑on experience with Cvent and Grip, and strong project management, stakeholder leadership and problem‑solving skills to elevate our international

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Event Technology or digital event delivery.
• Hands-on experience with registration platforms (Cvent preferred).
• Experience configuring Grip or similar mobile apps.
• Experience with awards management tools (AwardForce, Evessio).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event tech delivery from registration to data workflows.
• Act as operational point of contact for event technology.
• Guide discovery, configuration, testing and onsite delivery.
• Build multi-path registration sites with pricing and rules.
• Lead networking platform setup and data integrations.
• Operate awards programs end-to-end and exports.
• Coordinate cross-functional project management and onsite delivery.
• Train colleagues on technology platforms and governance.
