Job summary

Williams F1 Team is seeking an International Logistics Co-ordinator to manage compliance for global shipments by air, road, and sea. You will coordinate UK and international event logistics, maintain freight registers, and ensure HMRC data is accurately reviewed and documented.

You will build relationships with freight forwarders and carriers, monitor shipments, and advise internal stakeholders on export/import requirements, including commodity codes and security declarations for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in International Logistics and Customs.
• Experience in motorsport is a plus.
• Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.
• IATA Dangerous Goods experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day compliance of international shipments (air, road, sea).
• Coordinate UK and international event logistics with internal teams.
• Record and maintain internal freight registers for international movements.
• Review HMRC Import/Export data ensuring compliance and documentation retention.
• Develop relationships with freight forwarders and carriers to resolve delays and issues.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays quickly.
• Guide internal stakeholders on export/import requirements and commodity codes.
• Ensure shipping documentation is prepared to prevent delays.
• Support teams on UK and international event logistics and Known Consignor security.
