Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to lead cross-border equity compensation initiatives and client projects in a truly global team. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and strategic design of global equity programs for clients, with a hub model across the US, UK, and Australia.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to drive efficient equity administration and reporting, while mentoring junior colleagues and delivering high-quality client

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
  • Tax consulting background with demonstrable client advisory experience.
  • Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), then this is your chance to make an immediate impact!

You’ll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in‑country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. Our structure eliminates silos, enabling seamless cross‑border collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do

  • Compliance & Risk Oversight:Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
  • Equity Program Management:Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
  • Team Development:Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Insights & Analytics:Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
Qualifications
Must Have
  • 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
  • Tax consulting background(e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrableclient advisoryexperience.
  • Experience managing multi‑country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
  • Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
