Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Equity Operations Transformation Project Manager - Associate to drive delivery, governance, and change management across Global Equity Operations.

You will lead initiatives spanning core platform development, process improvements, and regulatory programs, with exposure to regional and global projects. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge of Equities products.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio.
• Experience of using JIRA, AI/LLM , Analytics tooling.
• Strong people skills, with ability to build relationships with all types of stakeholders, at all levels across all business areas.
• Self-starter, pro-active, organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated success in delivering initiatives on time through governance and planning, with strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust governance process for accurate, timely delivery of projects.
• Produce project reporting for Management and Stakeholders.
• Coordinate collection of supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with Stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics around meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Drive initiatives forward with leadership and focus for business functions and project resources.
• Deliver Executive updates and summaries.
• Manage issues through escalation.
