Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London is seeking a Finance and Business Management Project Manager – Associate in Finance within the Corporate & Investment Bank to manage a broad portfolio of initiatives—from multi-year programs to process improvements.

You will work with Finance, Technology and Operations leaders to turn requirements into functional specs, and drive end-to-end delivery, testing and cutover readiness, ensuring on-time, accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Finance functions and how requirements translate into technology and platform outcomes.
• Applies knowledge of regional Finance operating model and key process flows, including governance and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Brings practical project lifecycle experience, including planning, governance, RAID management, and status reporting.
• Demonstrates proven business analysis skills: requirements gathering, documentation, operating model and process analysis, and translating needs into clear deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and translate Finance requirements into functional specifications; develop/review operating model and data migrations.
• Testing: partner with the Program Test Manager to create test strategy, plans, scripts, and data; validate requirements and operating model.
• Coordinate project and migration activities; support training delivery; identify and manage risks; maintain up-to-date documentation; coach junior BAs.
