Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand Finance end-to-end processes and translate into tech outcomes.
• Knowledge of regional Finance operating model, governance and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Experience with planning, governance, RAID, and status reporting.
• Strong business analysis: requirements gathering, operating model and process analysis.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across Finance, Operations and Technology.
• Ability to produce executive-status updates and facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate Finance requirements into functional specifications; define the end-to-end operating model and data migrations.
• Lead testing coordination and ensure requirements and operating model are validated; drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate project and migration activities; support training; identify risks and maintain project documentation; coach junior BAs.
