Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London seeks a Finance and Business Management Project Manager – Associate to lead a portfolio of strategic finance initiatives, from requirements to implementation, working with Finance, Technology, and Operations leaders.

You will manage multi-year programs, drive clarity, governance and risk management, and coach junior BAs while delivering improvements in accuracy, controls, and efficiency across the firm.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Finance functions and end-to-end processes.
• Translate Finance requirements into technology outcomes with impact.
• Proven project lifecycle experience including planning, governance, RAID, and status reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate Finance requirements into functional specs and operating model.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scripts, and data; coordinate UAT and issue resolution.
• Coordinate migrations, manage risks, and coach junior BAs while maintaining documentation.
