Job summary

Yum! Brands is seeking a Global Procurement Category Lead for Equipment, MRO and Spares to develop and execute global strategies that optimise value, lifecycle cost and supplier performance across our restaurant equipment ecosystem.

You will lead complex multi-country sourcing events, negotiate with major suppliers, and drive value creation through landed cost optimization, service levels and supplier collaboration with operations, finance and brand teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain roles.
• 5+ years in global/regional strategic category management or procurement.
• Proven global procurement/category management experience in equipment, MRO, spares, service or related
• Strong negotiation, analytical and supplier performance skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic global category strategies for core kitchen equipment, MRO and spares.
• Lead multi-country sourcing events using structured strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Conduct advanced negotiations to secure competitive pricing, service levels and total cost of ownership benefits.
• Monitor market dynamics, supplier capability and risk, ensuring continuity and resilience.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, quality, engineering and brand teams.
