Job summary

Yum! Brands is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage and deliver the European procurement agenda for Restaurant Indirects across KFC and Taco Bell.

The role involves developing category plans, leading sourcing activity and improving supplier performance within a hybrid work model. You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to identify opportunities, manage risk and ensure procurement solutions meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability to turn spend and market data into recommendations.
• Solid commercial judgement and understanding of cost drivers and contract terms.
• Able to influence across functions in a complex stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver category and sourcing plans for allocated Restaurant Indirects spend.
• Lead competitive sourcing and tenders from requirements definition to implementation.
• Manage supplier relationships against KPIs and SLAs with corrective action as needed.
• Use spend data and market intelligence to identify cost reduction and value creation opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts with Legal and stakeholders.
