Job summary

Yum! Brands UK & I and Europe is seeking a senior procurement leader to own technology, data, digital tools and partnerships within the One Yum! SCM COE. You will shape the category strategy and drive value across KFC and Taco Bell Europe to enable faster insight and scalable restaurant growth.

You will collaborate with D&T, Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance and operations to define requirements, govern supplier relationships and deliver measurable business impact across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement and technology sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing or managing SaaS, data, AI or strategic tech partnerships.
• Strong contractual and pricing model understanding.
• Ability to work credibly with D&T, Legal, Privacy, Security and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Create the procurement category strategy for tech, data, digital and partnerships.
• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations and governance for digital/tech categories.
• Partner with D&T, Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, Operations and markets to define requirements.
• Evaluate supplier capability, models, risk and long-term fit for the Yum! ecosystem.
• Build strategic supplier relationships delivering innovation, insight and adoption support.
• Support procurement excellence through digital sourcing tools and performance reporting.
• Manage supplier performance, renewals and contract compliance with clear ownership.
• Track value delivery, ROI, risk and adoption to ensure measurable outcomes.
