Job summary

TalentPool is seeking a Procurement Manager - Equipment and OS&E in London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on Capital Equipment and OS&E, plus indirect spend, delivering value through strategic sourcing and strong supplier partnerships across a multi-brand hospitality portfolio.

You will lead equipment sourcing, manage tenders and negotiations, and collaborate with Operations and Finance to support openings and capital investment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' procurement experience, ideally across Capital Equipment, OS&E or indirect categories.
• Strong sourcing, commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing equipment suppliers and supporting capital expenditure projects.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven and multi-brand environment.

Our Client

Our client is a leading multi-brand hospitality and leisure business, operating a portfolio of well-known UK brands across hundreds of locations nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, established procurement team within a fast-paced, commercially focused business.

The Role

This is a broad procurement role, with a particular focus on Capital Equipment and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment), alongside responsibility for other indirect spend categories.

You’ll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, develop supplier partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements, working closely with stakeholders across multiple brands.

The role offers a great balance of strategic category management and hands-on procurement, with exposure to equipment sourcing, capital investment projects and operational requirements across a complex, multi-site business.
