Job summary

TalentPool is seeking a Procurement Manager - Equipment and OS&E in London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on Capital Equipment and OS&E, plus indirect spend, delivering value through strategic sourcing and strong supplier partnerships across a multi-brand hospitality portfolio.

You will lead equipment sourcing, manage tenders and negotiations, and collaborate with Operations and Finance to support openings and capital investment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' procurement experience, ideally across Capital Equipment, OS&E or indirect categories.
• Strong sourcing, commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing equipment suppliers and supporting capital expenditure projects.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven and multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading procurement across Capital Equipment, OS&E and other indirect spend categories
• Managing equipment sourcing, supplier selection, tenders and commercial negotiations
• Developing category strategies to deliver cost efficiencies, quality and long-term value
• Building strong relationships with equipment manufacturers, suppliers and service providers
• Working closely with Operations, Finance and other stakeholders across multiple hospitality and leisure brands
• Supporting new site openings, refurbishments and capital investment projects
