Yum! UK & I Europe seeks a senior procurement leader to direct the Direct category across food, packaging and key inputs for KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Europe.

You will shape multi-year strategies, partnering with brand teams, FSQA, innovation, operations, finance, franchisees and suppliers to drive growth, value and resilience across the supply base. Hybrid role based from Woking with travel as required.

Competenze

• 10+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain or category leadership, ideally in QSR or FMCG.
• Proven success leading direct food, packaging or ingredient categories at regional or enterprise scale.
• Strong knowledge of supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing and cost modelling.

• Set the 5-year Direct procurement strategy and translate it into roadmaps and plans.
• Lead and coach a high-performing category team.
• Collaborate across Marketing, FSQA, Operations, Finance and suppliers to serve restaurant needs.
• Unlock innovation and speed to market via supplier events and forums.
• Own senior supplier relationships and governance across critical categories.
• Ensure food safety, sustainability and continuity guardrails in all decisions.
