Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Enterprise & Integrated Networks to lead the Enterprise & Integrated Engineering team and shape the future of global connectivity.

You will define the global network strategy, oversee engineering and operations across enterprise, cloud, data centre and partner environments, and drive modernization with a focus on resilience, automation, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global network engineering in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in WAN/LAN, data centre networking, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience delivering technology transformation while maintaining operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global network strategy across enterprise, cloud, data centre and partner environments.
• Lead global network engineering and operations teams delivering service excellence.
• Build and execute network modernization roadmaps including automation and standardisation.
• Own operational performance, availability, risk management, and incident leadership.
• Partner with engineering, cloud, security, and business leaders to deliver technology outcomes while managing budgets and suppliers.
