Job summary

Multiplier Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Strategic Project Manager, Implementation, to own delivery for complex, multi-country customer implementations. You will lead governance with senior stakeholders, coordinate diverse teams, and drive programmes from contract through go-live and stabilisation.

You will oversee RAID logs, change control, and risk mitigation while guiding cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Integrations, Sales, Customer Success) across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience in payroll, HR tech, Employer of Record or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering large multi-country programmes with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Confident leading executive-level conversations, including steering committees and escalations.
• Experience taking over and recovering troubled or escalated projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, including scope management and change control.
• Expert in project governance (RAID, RACI, critical path, phased rollouts).
• Ability to hold customers and internal teams to commitments and challenge delays.
• Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of global payroll, EOR or HR tech is strongly preferred.
• Experience using ClickUp and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Formal qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP are beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a small portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, from contract signature through go-live and stabilisation.
• Build the programme plan across all countries and workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, owners and the critical path.
• Set up the governance model with the customer, including steering committees, working sessions, RACI and escalation routes.
• Lead executive-level governance meetings and keep senior stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline and risk.
• Plan and run phased, multi-country rollouts, sequencing countries and coordinating the Implementation Manager for each.
• Own the RAID log for each programme and resolve or elevate risks before they affect go-live dates.
• Manage scope and change control, ensuring out-of-scope requests and timeline changes are approved.
• Coordinate integration and data workstreams with the customer's HR, finance and IT teams.
• Recover programmes that are behind plan or in escalation, resetting the plan and rebuilding confidence.
• Provide clear status reporting to customer executives and Multiplier leadership.
• Work with Sales in late-stage strategic deals to set a realistic delivery approach and timeline before contract.
• Ensure readiness and exit criteria are met before each go-live, and lead handover into Operations and Customer Success.
• Act as an escalation point and mentor for Project Managers, helping raise the standard of PM across the team.
• Feed lessons from strategic programmes back into implementation methodology, templates and tooling.
