Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a seasoned Energy and Sustainability Program Management Lead to drive critical sustainability initiatives for a major global client. You will oversee both no/low-cost energy efficiency programs and large capital and expense projects, reporting to the Global E&S Director and collaborating with regional leads, facilities managers, and engineers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in energy and sustainability program management, preferably within large global real estate portfolios.
• Project Management Acumen: Strong project management skills with a drive for execution from concept to completion.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication/presentation skills to diverse audiences, including senior leadership in remote, multi-country settings.
• Global Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a global environment with colleagues across different countries and seniority levels.
• Analytical Acumen: Sound judgment from analyzing multiple information sources with an inquisitive mindset.
• Foundational Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of energy and sustainability initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Manage no/low-cost interventions and capital/expense projects to improve sustainability performance.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor, communicate, and escalate progress globally.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Support client in achieving ambitious sustainability goals and resilience programs.
• Review and interpret energy and sustainability data and reports.
• Incorporate energy procurement strategies and new tech into the program.
• Present periodic energy status updates and variance reports based on data.
