Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Mentor and coach as needed.
• Guide the energy and sustainability team and the Client to stay on top of environmental regulations; and identify forthcoming regulations.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance in environmental and sustainability compliance management, drafting standard operating procedures and executive summaries.
• Set and track E&S regulations internal deadlines, mentor and coach the E&S team as needed.
• Collaborate with the internal platform team on upcoming regulations and share knowledge where required with other accounts.
• Work with various clients’ stakeholders and present executive summaries and procedure documents for each regulation.
• Communicate past, current, and future environmental regulations information through presentations to the account team and clients.
• References and hold monthly meetings to achieve the account and client objectives.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. Ensure all procedures and records are filed in a structured manner on the Client SharePoint.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Senior Environmental Compliance Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of environmental reporting regulations programs.
