Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking an End User Services Administrator to enable employee success by delivering exceptional day-to-day IT support in our Newcastle office and across the organization. You will be a hands-on partner, ensuring teams have the tools, access, and support to perform at their best.

Based in Newcastle, you will handle help desk requests, manage accounts, and maintain our Apple/Windows/Linux endpoints, SaaS apps, and workspace devices, while contributing to a seamless global support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service desk/end-user support experience.
• Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and/or Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional end-user support and seamless technology experience for Arctic Wolf employees.
• Provide first-line support for issues, requests, and access across office-based and remote staff.
• Respond to incidents via phone, email, and ticketing channels; prioritise by impact.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications; collaborate with IT teams as needed.
• Support and maintain Arctic Wolf's workplace tech ecosystem (Jamf, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta, SaaS).
• Create and maintain knowledge base to improve self-service and experience.
• Contribute to global follow-the-sun support model with regional colleagues.
• Occasionally travel to other Arctic Wolf locations for deployments.
