Arctic Wolf seeks a Senior Sales Engineer, Customer Success to partner with Customer Success Managers and Security Services teams, helping customers maximize Arctic Wolf solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, support solution reviews, and demonstrate how our offerings reduce cyber risk and meet business goals.

This role is best suited for candidates within easy travelling distance of Newcastle, enabling occasional in-person meetings at our Newcastle office while preserving

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role (sales engineering, technical consulting or cybersecurity).
• 6+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise IT environments, preferably with a security focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with existing customers to understand needs and expand solution adoption.
• Deliver presentations, demos, and technical discussions showcasing Arctic Wolf's platform and services.
• Document customer environments including security tools, network architecture, and cloud services.
• Articulate Arctic Wolf's differentiators and position solutions in a competitive landscape.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and enablement within the team.
