Job summary

OpenSourced - Search & Selection in Woking is seeking a Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead to guide EUC strategy across 2,000+ users. You will shape hardware and software choices, lead vendor management, and drive adoption of modern collaboration tools across a multinational environment.

This senior role requires 10+ years in IT, international experience, and strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, while managing a €1-2 million

Qualifications

• Graduate-calibre IT professional with 10+ years of experience in service, infrastructure, or technology roles.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of emerging IT technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to deploy and manage technology solutions across a global organisation.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, telephony, and networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the EUC agenda including hardware selection, software deployment and vendor management.
• Manage an annual budget of ~€1-2 million.
• Define and implement yearly initiatives to enhance digital collaboration and ways of working.
• Lead cross-functional projects shaping the future of collaboration tools beyond 2025.
• Oversee EUC licensing, audits, and controls for compliance and cost efficiency.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across 27+ international locations.
