Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Senior Manager, End User Computing to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our digital workplace services. You will oversee the global EUC function, ensuring colleagues have a secure, reliable and modern workplace experience across the organization.

You will shape how technology is delivered, drive adoption of modern management tools, and partner with Cyber Security to strengthen endpoint security and data protection at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading EUC or digital workplace teams in a complex organization.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for modern endpoint management.
• Strong Windows and macOS desktop management and mobile device management experience.
• Experience collaborating with Cyber Security on Zero Trust and data protection initiatives.
• Track record of improving service performance and end-user experience at scale.
• Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting at leadership level.
• Strong people leadership, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.

As Senior Manager, End User Computing, you will lead the strategy, delivery and ongoing evolution of our digital workplace services. You'll work across Technology, Security and Business teams to ensure colleagues have the tools, devices and support they need to do their best work.

You'll lead our global End User Computing function, shaping how technology is delivered across the business while ensuring a reliable, secure and modern workplace experience.
