Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Global Analytics Manager to lead analytics and data science projects for global clients and to help scale AI-enabled analytics capabilities across the network. You will work with analytics, strategy and client teams to turn data into actionable insights and to standardise approaches across markets.

The role combines hands-on technical work with stakeholder collaboration, aiming to translate complex data into practical business decisions and scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, data science, insights or research in media/marketing/consulting.
• Experience applying analytics techniques and emerging AI capabilities to support decision-making.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into simple recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative approach focused on delivering practical business outcomes.
• Interest in automation and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of analytics and data science projects for global clients.
• Develop measurement frameworks, marketing effectiveness studies, experimentation programmes and optimisation approaches.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Embed analytics into planning, performance management and investment decisions.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and applying analytical outputs to business challenges.
• Contribute to reusable analytics frameworks, tools and methodologies.
