• Fully qualified in law with expertise in employment and labour law across multiple countries.
• Strong judgement on contentious people matters and labour relations.
• Experience advising HR and executives on complex employment scenarios.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance and policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience overseeing external counsel and labour authority relations.
• Collaborative leadership and coaching to develop the team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead central legal support for global employment and labour matters.
• Partner with senior HR and management on employee relations and investigations.
• Define employment law guidance, templates, and guardrails.
• Oversee works councils and labour authority relations.
