Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in UK employment and labour law.
• Experience advising HR and business leaders on complex workforce disputes and litigation.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical policies, templates, and operational guidance.
• Experience selecting and managing external legal counsel and authority engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level legal support on complex employee relations, disputes, and litigation across UK and international markets.
• Formulate legal policies, governance frameworks, and practical guidance for sensitive workforce issues.
• Advise HR and leadership on non-routine employment matters, reorganisations, and labour risk strategies.
• Define escalation thresholds, legal positions, and action plans for high-exposure matters.
• Manage external legal counsel, tribunal proceedings, and regulatory engagements.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and processes to streamline employment case handling and continuous improvement.
• Monitor legal developments and translate them into actionable updates for internal stakeholders.
