• Qualified lawyer with UK employment/labour law experience.

• Lead senior-level employment and labour matters in the UK and other markets, including complex disputes and litigation.
• Advise HR, Operations and market leadership on non-routine employment issues and workforce policies.
• Define practical legal positions, escalation thresholds and actions for sensitive matters with exposure.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate litigation, settlements and authority engagement as needed.
• Develop templates, guidance and playbooks to improve consistency in case handling.
• Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical updates for stakeholders.
