Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in UK employment and labour law
• Experience advising HR and business leaders on complex workforce disputes and litigation
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical policies and templates
• Experience selecting and managing external legal counsel and authority engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level legal support on complex employee relations, disputes, and litigation across UK and international markets.
• Formulate legal policies, governance frameworks, and practical guidance for sensitive workforce issues.
• Advise HR and operational leadership on non-routine employment matters, reorganisations, and risk strategies.
• Define escalation thresholds, legal positions, and action plans for high-exposure matters.
• Manage external legal counsel, tribunal proceedings, and regulatory authority engagements.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and processes to streamline employment case handling and continuous improvement.
• Monitor legal developments and translate them into actionable updates for internal stakeholders.
