Job summary

Edelman Smithfield is seeking a collaborative Senior Manager, Employee Relations to support the EMEA region. You will advise People Partners, managers and leaders on complex ER matters, ensuring compliant, employee-centered outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead investigations, manage a broad ER portfolio, partner with Legal, Compliance and regional teams, and drive governance, policy improvements and data-driven insights to strengthen the employee experience in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, law, or related field.
• 5+ years in Employee Relations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Experience leading workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across EMEA.
• Proficiency with HR tech and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to People Partners and managers across the EMEA region.
• Lead and manage a broad portfolio of ER matters across jurisdictions.
• Investigate workplace issues, disputes, and separations.
