Hyve Group seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to own email production and marketing operations for HLTH USA, HLTH Europe, ViVE, and the HLTH Community platform. This global role is based in London and collaborates with event Marketing Managers, sales teams and HLTH data owners.

You’ll build, QA, and ship sends, manage segmentation and routing, and ensure data quality, governance and reporting. The role blends hands-on execution with process improvements.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in email marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with HubSpot workflows, lists and reporting is required.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection rules for marketing data.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end email production for HLTH brands and platforms.
• Build and run segmentation, nurture, and routing across audiences.
• Ensure accuracy of links, dates, prices, codes and personalization tokens.
• Maintain campaign calendar to prevent colliding sends across brands.
• Monitor deliverability, data quality and governance; adhere to compliance.
• Build campaign reporting and insights, and document processes for scalability.
• Propose and test new ideas to improve campaigns and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing leads, stakeholders across HLTH programs in London and the US.
