Job summary

Hyve Group is hiring to support HLTH Community events, identifying and engaging relevant attendees across dinners, roundtables and virtual formats. You’ll tailor recruitment plans to each event’s audience and objectives, working with event leads to target the right profiles.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment, outbound outreach experience, and strong communication skills. The role requires meticulous organisation, CRM usage and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful attendee

Responsibilities

• Turn each event brief into a practical recruitment plan, confirming the target audience, profile and priorities with the event lead.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists, verifying current roles, organisations and contact details.
• Work across HLTH teams and use relevant internal and external sources to build the strongest possible prospect pool.
• Conduct personalised outreach by phone, email and professional networks, explaining the event and its relevance clearly.
• Follow up consistently, manage responses and waitlists, and secure attendee confirmations through to the event.
• Keep recruitment trackers and CRM records accurate, including outreach activity, attendee status, next steps and progress against targets.
• Coordinate with event teams on audience mix, capacity, special requirements and attendee communications.
• Adapt recruitment activity to suit different event formats, audiences and timelines. Experience and skills
• Experience in recruitment, outbound sales, customer service, events or another relationship-focused role; two or more years’ experience preferred.
• Confident and professional when contacting senior business leaders, including people who are new to HLTH.
• Clear, personable written and verbal communication, with persistence and good judgment in follow-up.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, email and online research tools, and quick to learn new systems.
• Self-directed, adaptable and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership for recruitment outcomes. Additional information Occasional travel to events may be required.
