Job summary

Hyve Group is hiring a Marketing Automation Manager for LegalTechTalk, now part of Hyve. You will own the growth, quality and effective use of our European marketing database and act as the CRM and audience-data expert.

Working with the marketing team, you will lead audience targeting, automated journeys, email delivery and performance analysis, turning insights into practical improvements to engage and convert our audience at events across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong background in marketing automation and campaign management.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and data management.
• Excellent knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience growth strategy for databases and event audiences.
• Manage data acquisition, enrichment and AI-assisted tools.
• Oversee qualification of cold prospects to MQLs and nurture journeys.
• Implement new tools to improve acquisition and campaign efficiency.
• Own CRM data structure and ensure data quality and permissions.
• Create audience segments based on roles, sectors and lifecycle.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data suppression processes.
• Build and optimise prospect, delegate and attendee journeys.
• Collaborate on campaign objectives, targeting and timing.
• Test emails, schedule campaigns and maintain delivery quality.
• Maintain data flow between CRM, registration platforms and sources.
• Explore new CRM capabilities and AI tools.
