Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd seeks a seasoned Operations professional to own end-to-end delivery of POSSIBLE Europe, guiding planning through to onsite execution and post-event review. You’ll coordinate venues, programming, audience experiences and sponsorship activations, working across Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure a smooth, innovative and commercially successful event.

The role demands at least 5 years in delivering large-scale B2B events, strong budget management, and hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience delivering large-scale exhibitions, conferences or B2B events.
• Proven experience leading complex operational projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong budget management skills and forecasting capabilities.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements, risk management and compliance.
• Experience working with commercial teams and sponsors to develop activations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of POSSIBLE Europe from planning to onsite delivery and post-event review.
• Lead programme planning and delivery including budgets, risk management, health and safety, compliance and onsite execution.
• Develop and manage POSSIBLE Europe budget; monitor commitments, spend and forecasts.
• Create distinctive, practical ways to connect venues, programme, audience and experiences.
• Build relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure value for money and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate operations across project areas and maintain accurate stakeholder communications and trackers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content and Commercial teams to deliver commercially viable, deliverable solutions.
• Design sponsor activations with internal teams to meet objectives and ROI, tracking performance and improving delivery.
