Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging seeks a Global Environment, Health & Safety Programs Manager to develop and execute EHS strategies across AMP. You will work with global and regional teams to implement EHS and FSPP programs, track progress, and drive a zero-harm culture. The role demands strong leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.

The ideal candidate has extensive EH&S and manufacturing experience, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to lead remotely in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering or technical subject.
• 7+ years of EH&S experience in an industrial setting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent leadership abilities and knowledge of EHS Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of AMP Global EHS and FSPP Frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop EHS and risk management capabilities.
• Lead development of Root Cause Analysis training.
• Coordinate with Global and Regional EHS teams to stay updated on initiatives and incidents.
• Establish, monitor and report KPIs to Global and Regional teams.
• Support implementation of programs ensuring compliance with EH&S laws and standards.
• Identify best practices and share with AMP teams.
