Job summary

TLD is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead HSE across its sites. You will design, implement and monitor programs, audits, and training to raise safety capability and environmental performance.

You will work with the Steering Committee, coordinate with external contractors, and drive continuous improvement including RAMs, ISO14001 certification, and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated, low-volume, high-spec assembly.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate.
• ISO14001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor.
• Strong risk assessments, method statements, and legal registers.
• Excellent cross-time-zone communication.
• Data-driven with risk mitigation mindset.
• Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain.
• Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety programs to improve sites and employees' HS capability.
• Oversee risk assessments and work instructions via training and upskilling.
• Manage HS Committee and close non-conformances with a collaborative approach.
• Maintain facilities and coordinate RAMs with external contractors.
• Facilitate ISO14001 certification and audits with Steering Committee engagement.
• Influence across departments to deliver a world class HS proposition.
