Job summary
International Baccalaureate is seeking a Stakeholder Communications Associate Manager in Cardiff to develop and deliver global school communications supporting organisational priorities, curriculum and assessment initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders, translating complex information into clear, audience-focused communications for IB schools worldwide.
Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder Communications, the role requires strong change communications expertise, stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Native English writing and editing skills are essential.
- Experience advising senior leaders and influencing stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the IB's global school communications strategy, aligning school-facing activity with organisational priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Advise senior leaders on communications planning, stakeholder impacts, emerging issues and reputational risk.
- Lead communications for curriculum reviews, programme developments, assessment transformation and educational innovation.
- Develop integrated communications strategies and implementation plans for complex, cross functional change initiatives.
- Translate complex policy, programme and organisational information into clear, timely and relevant communications for schools and educators.
- Coordinate messaging across functions, regions and workstreams to deliver a consistent stakeholder experience.
- Oversee newsletters, email campaigns, digital content and school engagement activity.
- Use analytics and feedback to refine communications and engagement approaches.
- Identify communications risks and develop mitigation plans for sensitive issues.
