Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a senior programme lead to own the end-to-end eCommerce roadmap and deliver a high-growth online retail platform. You will coordinate across Product, Tech, Trading, Marketing and Operations to drive international expansion and platform developments, balancing risk, cost and performance.

The role requires proven experience in leading large-scale eCommerce programmes, strong commercial NPV thinking, and ability to manage cross-functional teams with data-driven governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior programme/project leadership within high-volume eCommerce or online retail
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of revenue, margin and trading drivers
• Experience working in scaled eCommerce businesses (£400m+ ideally), with exposure to marketplace or omnichannel environments
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes at pace
• Experience of international expansion or multi-market eCommerce
• Strong stakeholder management skills able to influence at Executive level
• Highly data-driven with strong decision-making capability
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities
• Strong governance, risk management and delivery discipline

Responsibilities

• Own the eCommerce programme roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned to revenue growth and customer experience.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects including EU market entry and platform development.
• Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Translate business strategy into deliverable plans with clear ROI and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Trading, Finance and Commercial teams to drive sales and margin.
• Maintain financial governance across initiatives.
• Act as central coordinator across eCommerce, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing and Customer teams.
• Provide data-led reporting on performance, risks and milestones.
• Establish governance frameworks and mitigate risks.
• Drive a culture of delivery, continuous improvement and agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Build internal capability and support succession planning.
• Oversee KPIs like conversion, revenue, AOV, and market launches.
