Job summary

Stott and May is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead two high-profile initiatives in E‑Commerce and Global Digital Transformation. You will report to the CEO and drive delivery across web platforms, e-commerce capabilities, and the wider digital technology portfolio.

In this role you will manage large-scale programmes, govern budgets and risks, engage executive stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful, measurable business

Qualifications

Significant programme management experience in digital, web, or e-commerce.
Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing suppliers.
Commercial awareness to drive change in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the modernisation of a core e-commerce platform and migrate legacy systems.
Remediate security risks and cyber vulnerabilities across platforms.
Manage a multidisciplinary delivery team and coordinate stakeholders.
Oversee technology partners and suppliers to ensure delivery.
Lead global website portfolio consolidation and domain rationalisation.
Establish governance, budgeting, and risk management for programmes.
