The eCom House specializes in fast-growing, consumer-brand ecommerce. They seek a Head of E-Commerce to own strategy, digital trading performance and the development of the eCommerce function.

This senior role offers direct influence over business strategy and investment decisions. Reporting to the founders, you will lead UK, USA and international ecommerce growth, oversee CRO and digital merchandising, and guide the Shopify roadmap with external partners.

Qualificações

• Significant eCommerce leadership experience within a consumer brand or DTC retail business.
• Proven track record of driving online growth and improving commercial performance.
• Strong knowledge of digital trading, customer acquisition economics and profitability.
• Experience with Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform, alongside website development and optimisation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the eCommerce growth strategy across the UK, USA and wider international markets.
• Drive online revenue, conversion, average order value and profitability.
• Lead the trading calendar, promotional strategy and product launches.
• Develop the website experience, CRO and digital merchandising strategy.
• Own the Shopify roadmap, working with external development partners to prioritise improvements and investment.
• Lead and develop the existing eCommerce team, working closely with marketing, CRM, product and operations.
• Partner with the founders to identify new opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth.
