Job summary

3Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding consumer business seeking an Ecommerce Director to own global digital trading across DTC websites and emerging channels. You will have full ownership of revenue, profitability and customer growth, shaping the commercial strategy and optimizing performance.

You will lead a lean team (2-3 direct reports) and manage external partners, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and international expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Ecommerce/Digital with director-level experience.
• Strong track record of growing revenue and profitability.
• Experience with consumer brands, preferably in beauty/personal care.

Responsibilities

• Own global Ecommerce strategy, revenue, margins and P&L performance across consumer-facing digital channels.
• Drive growth across D2C sites and emerging social commerce platforms.
• Lead customer acquisition, conversion optimization and retention strategies.
