Job summary

The Growth Foundation is seeking an experienced eCommerce Director to lead the global digital growth for a fast-growing portfolio of beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands. You will own the DTC strategy, ecommerce P&L and performance across markets, with a particular emphasis on accelerating US growth.

This hybrid London-based role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a growing ecommerce team, platforms like Shopify, and external partners to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years at director level.
• Proven track record scaling consumer brands profitably, esp. US growth.
• Significant DTC eCommerce experience with full commercial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the global eCommerce strategy and P&L across DTC, marketplaces and social commerce.
• Drive profitable revenue growth across brands and international markets, with US focus.
• Lead digital trading, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, promotions and performance.
• Develop acquisition, retention and CRM strategies to improve CAC, LTV, conversion.
• Oversee marketplace growth (Amazon, Walmart) and Shopify ecosystem roadmap.
• Lead and develop the ecommerce team, coordinating with Brand, Growth, and Supply Chain.
• Manage external agencies and partners to ensure measurable commercial results.
