Warner Bros Tours and Retail is seeking an proactive E-Commerce & CRM Executive to own day-to-day CRM programmes across UK, US and Japan Harry Potter Shop storefronts. You will drive hands-on email marketing, customer lifecycle initiatives and data-driven campaigns to grow engagement and revenue.

In this role you will build journeys, optimise campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and support product launches while reporting performance to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and scheduling email campaigns in enterprise CRM platforms.
• HTML knowledge to edit email content beyond drag‑and‑drop functionality.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and create dashboards in Excel.
• Genuine interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and ecommerce.
• Proactive, cross‑team coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Build, schedule and maintain email campaigns and lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across three markets.
• Own and optimise automated customer journeys (welcome, abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back, restock).
• Support campaign execution for product launches, promotions and paid media activity; ~1 CRM send per week.
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain dashboards with engagement data.
• Coordinate with internal teams including the Harry Potter Fan Club and external partners.
• Collate marketing assets across website, CRM, paid channels and global marketplaces.
• Support Amazon advertising across UK, US and Japan; planning, briefing, asset delivery and reporting.
